Youth Exchange ROOTS (Rediscovering Our Own True Self) took place from 3rd to12th September 2022 in Aparan, Armenia.

During the youth exchange, 26 participants from Slovakia, Armenia, Latvia and the Russian Federation had a chance to gather and explore their real identities, to express the hidden potential, to understand other cultures and learn peaceful communication, to overcome stressful situations, become healthy and mindful human beings.

Over a week of non-formal activities, participants rediscovered their connection to nature, culture and themselves.
