The youth exchange "reCONNECT YOUth" took place from the 3rd to the 12th of November 2022, it brought together young people from Estonia, Latvia, Georgia and Armenia.
The specific objectives of the project were:
- To develop self- discovery, self-connection and stress resistance competences of participants through non-formal learning methods
- To strengthen body-mind-emotion interconnectedness as a holistic approach of healthy life and wellbeing
- To raise participants’ awareness and sensitivity towards environmentally conscious behaviour to be implemented in their everyday life
- To develop participants’ competences on intercultural learning, communication and dialogue in interactions with their peers.
To achieve these objectives, the project utilized various tools such as bodywork, dance movement, outdoor physical activities, forum theatre, human library, meditations, deep reflections, simulation exercises, healthy nutrition, and a conscious consumer approach.
The project was funded by Estonian National Agency in frames of Erasmus+ Programme.
