The goal of the program was to promote leadership and civic engagement skills among young people aged 14-26 in the Aparan community by involving them in the organization of community life and decision-making processes through an educational game.

Within the framework of the program, ALTERA LAB NGO developed the innovative educational tool "Participate", which combines learning and play, encouraging young people’s active involvement in community life.

"Participate" is a simulation game that enables young people to:

• understand the decision-making processes in community life,

• recognize the role and responsibility of citizens,

• develop leadership, communication, and cooperation skills.

The tool aims not only to provide knowledge but also to foster youth leadership and initiative, shaping conscious and responsible citizens.

The "Youth in Action: Promoting Youth Empowerment and Leadership in Armenia" program is an initiative funded by the European Union and the Konrad Adenauer Foundation, implemented in partnership with World Vision Armenia, the Media Initiatives Center, and the Gyumri Youth Initiative Center.
