“Mindful Pathways - Wellbeing tools for youth work” training course took place from 30th June to 8th July at Aparan, Armenia.
Together with the youth workers, educators, young leaders and volunteers from partner countries - Slovakia, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Greece, Ukraine, Georgia and Armenia - we explored and experienced various tools for mental health improvement and wellbeing to be able to deal with stressful situations in life and work.
Participants gained knowledge and developed skills in Mindfulness, Body-Mind Centering, Feldenkrais method, Plum Village meditation techniques, body movement and play fight, nature based methods, community conscious living, deep reflections and creation of a safe space.
The project was funded by the Slovak National Agency in the frames of “Erasmus+” Programme.
