‘HEARTFULNESSS’ training course took place from 26th April to 4th May in Aparan, Armenia. 24 youth workers and young leaders from Spain, Portugal, Czechia, Hungary, Moldova, Ukraine, Georgia and Armenia gathered to experience and learn self-awareness, mindfulness, stress management and effective communication to improve their personal wellbeing and professional work with young people.
We had an intense week full of deep inner work, self-reflection moments and beautiful enriching encounters.
