As Joseph Campbell says: "Everybody goes through their own hero's journey." 

From January 17–26, we embarked on ours during the "Tales We Tell, Bonds We Build" training course — a powerful gathering of 22 participants from        .

Each of us arrived with a suitcase full of personal stories . Through sharing, we experienced deep connection — with moments of laughter, tears, and transformation. 

We explored and expressed our journeys through storytelling, creative writing, poetry, rapping, music-making, dancing, performing, clowning, and drawing.

It was a whole week of making the journey of our lives come alive .

And @altera_lab was the safest, softest, and coziest space for opening our hearts  on this healing and reconnecting journey .
